I have been working at Hopkins Oil Company full-time (More than a year)
I drive a fuel transport 18 wheel tractor trailer delivering gas and diesel to various locations. The pros for working here are hourly pay verses by the lad or by the mile which most trucking companies pay.
For what I do (haul 9000 gallons of gasoline) I feel I am extremely under paid, I make $7.00 an hour more than a GAP employee. My job is dangerous and I feel I am not adequately compensated for the risk I take on a daily bases.
Advice to Management
I feel that management is not truly in touch with the daily operations and does not address problems when presented with them.
