    Pros

    They give bonuses every month as long as the technicians have work and your specific department does a good job keeping up with accuracy and keeping customers coming back. Their kick-off party is supposedly really awesome. They pay well.

    Cons

    You have to work 6-day work weeks sometimes. Occassionally you won't get a lunch if it is too busy. They give you hell about requesting a day off.

    Advice to Management

    Don't let your personal lives affect how you treat us.
