    Pros

Good management, good pay and benefits. Just a quality outfit. Pretty standard office environment and hours. Opportunity to travel with the company.

    Cons

Well, they work a lot as subcontractors. So if a new contract or renewal of a contract doesn't come through, you could be out of a job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little more upfront about career stability with new hires.

    Pros

Has good pay and benefit programs.

    Cons

Favoritism, lack of training, poor management and no clear direction. Jobs are obtained by "who you know", not what you know. No open door practice... voice a concern on management practice and you're gone!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pathetic that your values and mission does not reflect true practices.Invest time with front line employees.
