    Pros

Great Pay and benefits!!!! Some managers are really helpful. Excellent advancement opportunities.

    Cons

HR does not work for the employee when issues arise. They only care about what the manager thinks. Personnel do not get proper and ethical help when problems occur and often the voice of the employee gets disregarded.

    Advice to Management

Take out the clicks in the management pool and the employees will much better. It seems like the plant ran by high school sororities.
