    Pros

Great Corporate Culture, Hands on C-Level support, Listen to employee concerns, Manager involvement in personal and professional growth

    Cons

Staffing ratio not adequate to meet patient needs/demands; Nurses have 5-6 patients on a routine basis; Nurse Assistants have 15-17 patients on a routine basis; Food options for patients and employees is limited and expensive - most people bring their own food from home or order from nearby restaurants located outside of the hospital. Daily expectations for routine patient services can exceed staff capabilities
