    Pros

Friendly and supportive co-workers at work. Easy access to various kind of computer, books, journals, and other type of resources. Set work hour, start working at 9am, and pretty much everyone leave around 5:30pm

    Cons

Lab technician receives a set salary of 35k a year, with less than 2% raise. Heavy workload, and when other techs leave, you will be responsible to complete their work.

    Pros

Pay, good benefits, paid on time, well known company.

    Cons

Other employees a bit ghetto, some incompetent, company is in a transition stage so trying out a bunch of things that don't work. The higher ups are giving commands that don't work and won't listen when the workers are telling them this.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees on what improvements would make this place run smoothly. We're the ones that doe this day in and day out.
