One of the worst experience I had

I have been working at Hotel Phillips

ProsCompetitive pay. You are able to work part-time if that's what you're looking for. You will work with some very intelligent people here.

ConsMinimal support from top management. Total disregard for one's personal life. Bad scheduling. Limited opportunities for advancement. You will end up doing two jobs for the pay of one.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop running the hotel on a couple of nickles. Employee reward should not be taken lightly. Give raises to those who deserve it.
