Cons – Sometimes it seems there are too many managers.

I have been working at Hotelbeds Usa
Pros – Good salary offers, but after 2009-2010 crisis I suppose they're not as interesting as they used to be. Company is still growing strong.
Cons – Poor knowledge sharing, poor personal growth. Your personal job career is usually ignored completely. Good place if you have good salary and don't want to get promoted.
Advice to Senior Management – Too many personal taking a role of leadership and too few that I feel that are prepared to that role.
