ProsGreat benefits, particularly health & dental. One of the best health insurances in the USA, if not the best.
Organization-wise, they are very good, particularly HR-department.

Great funding agency with excellent benefits for its employees!

Postdoctoral Fellow (Current Employee) Boston, MA

ProsExcellent benefits - the health insurance is amazing. Also, the contribution to 401K is a nice bonus, which I believe is not common for postdoctoral positions.

ConsI really don't have anything negative to say about this company. They provide my lab with excellent funding, which allows me to perform experiments without a huge worry about the cost.

    a prestigious place

Postdoctoral Researcher (Current Employee) Boston, MA

ProsHHMI PIs are the most accomplished PIs in biology and has plenty of money to spend on research. HHMI also provides great benefit for postdocs.

ConsFrankly I don't see any downside working for HHMI. Maybe some of the PIs have too much ego and are difficult to deal with?

Advice to Senior ManagementGreat institute! Keep doing your great job and I look forward to seeing greater achievement and greater growth and name recognition.
