Pros
Not too much pressure in the workplace, overall the corporate culture is quite laid back so it's quite easy to achieve work-life balance. Commision is relatively high.
Cons
Product offered is quite limited. The number of branch is quite limited. The system is not flexible so sometimes it required complex procedure to get some things done.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior management need to pay closer attention to the market trend as the company is very much behind competitors in a lot of aspects.
