mixed feelings good for freshers for 2~3 years

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Bangalore (India)

Pros1> Good exposure in early age if ur carrier... Good for a fresher
2> Good name in the Bangalore market so will get value during job change
3> If u r lucky enough to be in a time having onsite opportunities u will njoy a lot
4> Management will value you like anything if you show your importance and take more responsibilities..

Cons1> huge gap in Role and Designation so brings extra headache
2> Salary structure is too too bad....
3> management don't know how to keep good talent here.
4> promises from managements not fulfilled most of the time
5> always driven by the Chinese counterpart
6> Forget about your personal life
    7> less transparency
8> almost in every area they have their own propitiatory languages.. so after 2,3 years there will be very less chance to move outside the company.

Advice to Senior Management1> employees are not your slave they also have family and personal lif hae consider this when talking to them

2> really needed the salary restructuring otherwise the attrition started from last year will drive out all the talents and company will be full of workers who have nowhere to go and good in oiling his boss..

3> stop giving fake promises and false reason in the appraisal meetings that can not keep employees for long time

4> be more transparent to employees

    Very Good Company for freshers

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Bangalore (India)

ProsStarted off my career with this company as a fresher. Compensation is high as compared to other product-based companies. Huge on-site opportunities and that too for longer duration. Good quality of trainings on project level. Can become expert in technology within 6 months. Very process oriented company.

ConsNo at all work-life balance. Even managers and leads expect you to work for more than 12-14 hours at least.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to take care of work-life balance of employees. Organize some domain or protocol level trainings on organizational level instead of project level.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
