    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Huawei-GSDC gives the opportunity of travelling to number of its employees, 20% are intelligent and the senior resources and rest 80% are either good in buttering or they are the king as "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king".
So 20% work leads to the achievements and rest 80% work leads nowhere.
So as per 80/20 rule , whole world knows who comes in 20% category and who comes in 80% category.
However in this race , employees with less experience but with good knowledge left out in india and they need to look for other options. So GSDC management needs to focus on good performer rather than to play politics.

I have been working at Huawei Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

One of the very few companies where you are given freedom to the fullest extent. Even has a fresher your opinion is counted and discussed.

Helpful colleagues . You will be working in a supportive environment where you project related issues are quickly solved.

No junk work like filling excel sheets , preparing documents etc. If developers expect to code all day and testers expect to break the system...

Good onsite Opportunities mainly to China.

Decent Hike and Bonus every year without fail.

    Cons

Very Very strict deadlines . Almost everyone have the experience once in a while to stay up the entire night to meet the deadline.

Week end workings ( compensated ) . Although this has been declining..

Poor HR facilities. Get used for paying for coffee / tea .. , less team outings with low team outing budgets.
