    Pros

If you are a recent grad looking to gain some hands on experience and get to actually do it without a lot of micromanagement, Huawei is the right place to go. You learn a lot, the pressure is constant and the deadlines to close projects are even more strict, however that allows you to grow exponentially in a short amount of time as a professional.
