Cons – Very restrictive work environment. Internal groups work in a competitive rather than collaborative fashion

Advice to Senior Management – Be more open. Promote collaboration. Dont micromanage as you have extremely talented employees who know how to work professionally

Pros – Great colleagues with most waiting for something better to come along. The company represents the best chance for a fresh graduate seeking experience in the Telecomms industry as they are one of the biggest recruiters. You will learn, no matter what

Cons – Wage structure is ridiculous. You will have all the training you will need at other places WHEN you eventually leave. They are not doing much to retain the services of their best hands.

Advice to Senior Management – Emphasize on delivering quality projects over working to meet instalmental payment deadlines.
