“Needs to be less secretive.. Its hurting its own image”
Current Employee – been working at Huawei Technologies full-time for less than a year
Pros – Employees are very talented and smart.. Get to work on the cutting edge of technology.
Cons – Very restrictive work environment. Internal groups work in a competitive rather than collaborative fashion
Advice to Senior Management – Be more open. Promote collaboration. Dont micromanage as you have extremely talented employees who know how to work professionally
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
