    Pros

    Competing brand. Head to Head competition with Ericsson. Very competitive. Large variety of products. Work Life balance depends on the team in which you are working.

    Cons

    Being part of the acquired company by Huawei. Acquisition was not streamlined till 2 years. I have to leave the organization. However policies are very cheap. Especially traveling policies.

    To retain employees.... policies should be considered.

    Mentoring relationship for juniors to grow and fit in. Stay longer, get competitive salary. Professional process flow, learn much.

    Too many overtimes, too much pressure. hard to transit between departments, poor management.

    Relatively good salary in CT industry. Good place for graduated student to grow up fast. Can learn industry knowledge everyday. Have many resources to help you to solve the problem

    Hard work. Prepare to over work everyday. Salary looks good. But compared to the work, it is not worth. Position changes every year, not stable. But it is good for a person to learn new things.

    Huawei became the biggest Telecom Equipment company in 2013. The prospect is really brilliant.

    The U.S. market is a little difficult to break through.
