Pros
you simply learn so much and get to take on so much responsibility. The pay is on level with the industry and I am satisfied
Cons
the culture can a bit harsh to work on deadlines and management wont show sympathy if you dont get your work done on time
Advice to Senior Management
the company can probably share more of its strategical decision with the employees, and in addition streak a better work life balance
