    Good people, Good outside training, Great HR,


    Changing demographics and times not understood by the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should ask the employees to participate more in the decision making process. Too often decisions were made without input and at times it felt like they didn't care what the people had to say. Tough decisions needed to be made, but it helps morale if you feel like you are a part of the solution.
