They have a strong 401(k) match, but few employees last to be fully vested in the match.

It's a 9:00 to 5:00 workforce with the exception of a few employees. Employees are not rewarded for additional efforts and base salary is low.

Reward employees. Contribute more to the benefits. Take care of your employees.

The coworkers are great to work with at Hughes Enterprises.

Gordon is too concerned about his personal bottom line and spares no cost or damgage to employees to get there. Turnover is extremly high at Hughes Enterprises especially position in direct contact with Gordon. Resources are not provided to get the job done in any area of the company. Employees become clock watchers because they are not rewarded for their efforts. Gordon once wanted to adjust everyone's salary by an entire paycheck stating that there was an extra payperiod in the year. There is also never an interest in creating a great working relationship with vendors of Huges Enterprises, Inc..

Spend a little on the employees.
