    Pros

Commission is clearly above average. And the pay is outrageous. Company is very neat and by the book.

    Cons

Becoming more than a sales associate is extremely hard. I personally was hired as a seasonal sales associate with the intention to stay if the quality of work and ethic was achieved. As I came to realize that upper management did no want me to learn about the company and suiting I felt I was being hired just to help in the rush of the season. I was unfortunately laid off. after meeting sales standards. High AUT's and UPT's, I was surprised to be dismissed. On the last week of December I sold over $35,000 of merchandise, a week later was laid off on January 6 because the company did not have a budget to pay me.

    Advice to Management

Growth is what makes a company valuable and salesmen with high customer service standards and quality work ethic. Management should enforce that. Instead they rather have less workers so current employees can keep making an extremely high payout.

    Advice to Management

Great stepping stone company or long-term investment if looking for the long-term benefit.

    Pros

Employee discount is 60% but that will more than likely end soon.

    Cons

Recently cut commission % and informed sales staff 2 weeks after the effective date. Pays $11 per hour for vacation, personal time and paid holidays when average hourly commission rate may be twice that amount. Eliminated annual employee wardrobe allowance which was $4000 per year. Now required to wear a uniform that makes employees look like waiters. Creates selling " incentives " offering merchandise as a reward and then changing the rules mid way through the process which disallows potential winners from receiving their due reward.

    Advice to Management

There are company's that inspire their employees. Hugo Boss is not one of them under this current regime. Entirely demoralizing.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, good benefits, decent discount and clothing allowance.

    Cons

awful management set up. low asst selling mgr and selling mgr salaries and required to sell to make up for the low salary. sales staff resents management honing in on their selling. high earners get away with whatever they want, manipulate management because they bring in $$ at the expense of proper practices and keeping up morale among entire team.

    Advice to Management

take ownership and don't let the sales stuff dictate.
