    Pros

HZ had comparable pay, good vacation & good benefits.

    Cons

Management was lacking managerial skill. Definite lack of training on new software.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow someone who knows the software to teach others. This needs to be done as a paid day or two, not during lunch.

I have been working at Huitt-Zollars

    Pros

The office decor has been updated and is modern. Employee benefits are on par with other engineering firms. Seems to be plenty of work.

    Cons

The design software is outdated. Software training is virtually non-existent. There seems to be a fear of using the latest version. Finally, certain management styles are intolerable. Bullying is bad form.
