I have been working at Humana full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits and pays ok.

    Cons

Constant watching over employees like children. It's almost like spying. Better not leave one minute prior to your work hours are over. Very punitive environment and culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at how hard your employees work and stop paying so much attention to the little small things that don't matter either way.
