Pros – Senior management allows a lot of freedom for middle managers to operate as they see fit - for being a large corporate there is still a family feel - clear career progression - good training and willing to pay for professional memberships
Cons – Communication from the Executive and Operations board could be improved - remuneration is on the low side for middle management - does not offer car or car allowance for junior staff in Central London
