    Pros

The people working here are very knowledgeable about what they do and they believe in it. People are also very friendly, and most have good communication skills. The company is being acquired by United Health. There's a lot of successful contracts and market share. High upward mobility opportunities for those who are pro-active

    Cons

The founding 15-20 people, most seniors across all departments, are doing most of the work and trying hard to teach new hires the very large infrastructures they've set up. This is not an easy task. Different departments and different leaders do varying degrees on this job. There's definitely a steep learning curve in the beginning. Like I said, there's a lot of potentials for growth and success. But the price is you have to be a fast learner and work hard.

    Pros

Creative and brilliant staff. As a start-up this company was phenomenal to work for.

    Cons

Recently began integrating with Optum and are growing fast. With growth this company can be less flexible and creative with its products. Roles are being streamlined.

    Pros

Humedica is an intense, mission-driven organization taking on a big challenge in health care. The staff and leadership are focused, smart and creative. There are a host of opportunities for major career growth. Smart, hard-working employees that take initiative are well rewarded.

    Cons

This is not a place for someone looking for an easy gig. It's a classic startup. Goals are big and audacious and timelines are tight.

    Pros

Requires a great blend of analytical ability paired with creative and adaptive approaches in a collaborative environment. Work itself is very fast paced and involves a great deal of learning from one another. Speaking of which, the company is composed of ridiculously smart and competent personnel, and offers endless opportunities for growth of scope of role, especially concerning the definition of SOP's. A culture that emphasizes personality and personal life just as much as churning out the highest quality product on the market, with an informal culture making it easy to relate to co-workers.

    Cons

Distribution of work falls asymmetrically on people who have been there the longest; scalability is always a concern. No 401k match, but that's typical for a startup.
