    I have been working at Humphreys part-time

    Good hours Decent pay Nice office space

    Cons

    Cliquey/groups Not much room for promotion Materialistic Judgmental

    Advice to Management

    Recognize the input that is given and be more vocal about the problems you have with employees instead of bottling it up inside and then suddenly lashing out or talking to other co-workers and gossiping.

    Pros

    Depending upon position, pay is good. Co-workers are phenomenal Nationally known Fast advancement based on how well one handles work load

    Cons

    Lack of communication from management to employees Salaries are not as competitive, depending on position Can seem very political at some times

    Advice to Management

    Treat others as you'd want to be treated. Recognize employees who go above and beyond the call of duty and also those who have remained loyal for many years
