I have been working at Hunt Leibert Jacobson full-time

    Pros

Casual dress code, free parking, near concerts and lots to learn.Building is easy to get to off of the highway.

    Cons

Lots to learn but sometimes tough to get the attention needed. Hard to get promoted. The work does never end though so that can get to you. Hard to take time off and come back without lots of work piling up.

  2. Decent pay, great dress code, terrible job

    Pros

If management likes you, you can make a decent amount of money. And the dress code is just plain awesome.

    Cons

It's a complete dog and pony show. Some people don't even have to work everyday. There's a lot of favoritism and no one's really professional. If you're attractive, expect to be sexually harrassed. It's like high school all over again. If you make a complaint of harassment of any kind against the wrong person you'll be out the door. Very poor leadership.

    Advice to Management

Offer leadership classes. Try to improve moral, have respect for others. There's a reason everyone tries to get out of there. If you improve those things you'll have loyal employees

    Pros

Decent pay, opportunity for overtime, casual dress code, you will learn a lot if you pay attention as there is a good amount of staff that has been there for years and they have a lot of knowledge to pass on if you want to learn.

    Cons

Stressful industry-not really the firms fault, to much red tape

    Advice to Management

    Hire people with industry experience

    Pros

Ultra casual dress and a handful of pleasant and helpful employee who make you feel welcome

    Cons

Horrible leadership, no team Uatmosphere, hardly any training (2 days!!!), unfairly promoting and paying certain employees over others without explanation, total lack of feedback to new hires(unless they can be blamed for something), morale is terrible.

    Advice to Management

Implement better training techniques with trainers who actually have patience and are PLEASANT, train more than one employee on a specific job so that it doesn't just fall on one person's shoulders, promote and pay employees according to their ability, their seniority, and their work ethic, and finally maybe have upper management give new hires feedback and reviews, ask them questions like "hello, how are you," or "good morning, do you have any questions?" Make morale better in the entire firm because nobody is happy.

  6. Most of the employees are very rude and quick to throw each other under the bus to make sure you loose your job!!

    Pros

job pays well and has a great casual dress code

    Cons

poor leadership ,lack of respect,BAD Training... word of advice learn about the job position as much as you can because most likely you will be training yourself and suck up to the co-workers as much as you can because if you don't they can give negative feed back to the HR and immediately get rid of you not because of your hard work but simply because they do not like you.

    Advice to Management

Communicating more with your new hires and employees and make sure that they are getting the properly trained

    Pros

Some really nice paralegals to work with. Fabulous casual dress code.

    Cons

Management is completely lacking in ability. They resort to fear tactics and yelling simply because they are incapable of handling the situation. The first response in the face of a problem should not be searching for someone to throw under the bus.

    Advice to Management

Good management knows how to lead people and motivate. That does not exist here. Nothing undermines the productivity of an organization faster than poor leadership.
