    Good place to start career.

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsAmple amount of work to learn and enhance your skills. If you are in PDG team you will get good scope to explore technologies.

ConsPoor planning and work allocations. Mangers should understand who is working in the team instead of only checking deliveries, this will help to developer who has contributing to the project more. Please don't encourage showmen in teams they will do only time pass nothing else but present all team work in his account.

Advice to Senior ManagementThink about the developer who finished the work not the one demonstrating the work.

Very Bad work culture & management, they will kick you out with 1 hour notice once the project is done. Dont join them.

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsFirst of all the management guys are from one college only. I think the person who recruits these management guys have internal connection with the college for giving employment to them. They dont care about programmers. Work culture is very bad and the quality of the codes of their software is very bad. You wont find consistency in their codes-anybody writes anything. They dont know the meaning of office discipline - its like a fish market and you have sit and work right in the middle of the market where all the management guys will be shouting and gossiping as found at the market place. I advice you not to join this company.
