Pros
- A large conglomerate which offers a stable career
- company bus provided to save transport fees
- many clubs and activities offered to employees
Cons
- Stuck in staff canteen for lunches
- work load depends highly on the department you work and can vary alot
Advice to Senior Management
- overall a great company to work for, providing sufficient training staff
- yet, information flow within the company can be inproved!

Employee centric culture, the brand values, fun at work

Not fair when evaluationg talent, restrictions in learning new things
Advice to Senior Management
be open and allow employees to try new projects, include skill enhancements like 6 sigma participation etc
