I have been working at HyPerformix full-time for more than a year
Pros – There are some good people and interesting technology. The product is stable since it has been around a long time and customers like it.
Cons – The market space is small. The company is trying to position products to create a larger market for it. Not many customers want to spend the time it takes to learn to use the product.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to create clear goals and get all employees behind a common strategy.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at HyPerformix
Pros – Interesting technology to add to your knowledgebase, if your background is technical software sales.
Cons – Product training is nil. The company is 30 years old and still doing less than $10million per year - what does that tell you? The sales cycle is anywhere from 12 to 24 months, so they practice the revolving-door style of sales management. They kick you out just when your deals are about to close and then they don't have to pay the commission. This is not just my observation - I know of 4 other sales execs this happened to. The inner circle consists of connivers and back-stabbers too, so watch what you say and watch your back.
Advice to Senior Management – I doubt that management gives a **** about this subject. It's not that they're clueless - this is their chosen mode of running the company.
