    Associates care about each other and are like a family in many ways. There are oportunities to grow and the benefits are excellent.

    Cons

    Working in hospitality is not easy. Sometimes you need to work long hours and during times (such as holidays and weekends). In most cases, only those that have a true passion for service and can have fun in any circumstance will be fully content.

    The staff at these hotels (outside of management) are amazing.

    Management is not truly monitored and the turnover rate is astronomical for a reason.
