    Pros

no pros this particular property tainted the Hyatt name. Hyatt itself have good benefits for the employees but the work experience really depends on the property and I unfortunately ended up with a bad property

    Cons

disorganized management doesn't seem to care about employees. TOO much seniority. Work employees to death. Management say they appreciate the employees, but that is just all talk. Not a very good environment to work. Disappointed because they tainted the Hyatt name

    Pros

They offer very good pay and benefits. The hours are consistent and they feed you when you are at work (very delicious food)

    Cons

It's a very fast-paced work environtment where sometimes you end up paying for other people's mistakes and have to take it with a smile on your face. I particulary had horrible supervisors in the Aviara Resort in San Diego, CA.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't give peple management positions if they don't show basic people skills.
