Pros – good atmosphere, nice people. Casual games of pool are common. Optimistic culture.
Cons – Pay and bonuses are very conservative even when profits are through the roof.
Advice to Senior Management – pay your staff better
Pros – Some great fun people, good atmosphere. You'll learn good information about affiliate management, affiliate offers, and running a network. A few well-known clients and the internal software that's been re-done is very decent. A good rep as a "Inc500" company.
Cons – The "Inc500" days are no more... 80% off from those days. Some blame the fact that google/facebook cut off a lot of rebill offers, but that's only a small part of it. Lots of inept management decisions were rampant '08 & '09, that ran a lot of excellent people out of the company. Some affiliates have had, 5 or 6 different affiliate managers. Software upgrades really lagged, although the new system is great. A few negative comments by VP management went around, which didn't help morale. Zac Brandenberg can be a nice guy, but needed help in leadership skills.
Advice to Senior Management – What can I say? the hey days are pretty much over.
