“Hynix - Not a good place to work”

Pros

It is a good stepping stone for those who just graduated. Gain working experience & also human relationship in the working environment

Cons

Very political, Management not practising fairness & transparency. Promotions are rewarded to those that have good relationship with the higher level not base on performance.

Advice to Senior Management

Better change your working attitude in handling the subordinate other wise Hynix wont be able to grow and will always have high turn over
