    Fantastic company

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hanover, NH

    ProsContinuous improvement culture.
    Employee ownership.
    Strategic leaders.
Great products that help individuals and businesses build, grow and become more successful.

ConsStrong interest in Associate development but in recent years insufficient funding for external training and conferences. Organization needs constant influx of new skills and ideas.
Need to continue to create a greater "accountability culture," both internally and with partners.

Hypertherm - Great place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hanover, NH

ProsGreat benefits, very good work/life balance, focus on associate development and well being, progress attitude toward career and work development, employee ownership provides a sense of responsiblity and teamwork.

ConsSalary and total compensation package is low for market and cost of living, location can be a challenge for those who relocate, rapidly changing culture has caused some issues between leaders and individual contributors.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to focus upon total benefit package and address issues of fairness between the 'have' and 'have-nots'.

Overall a great place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hanover, NH

ProsHypertherm does care about their associates. They have an excellent training program and associate development is important. They do great work giving back to the community.

ConsThe salaries are not great, they try and make this up with profit share which is not guaranteed. Senior Leaders are sometimes too tactical and don't always listen .

Advice to Senior ManagementWould like to see some changes as a result of the feedback to the management team. In the past there has not been a lot of action.
