Good in terms of salary and developing career path in this field-EPC- but bad in terms of work & life balance

    Mechanical Engineer (Former Employee)
    Seoul (South Korea)

Pros1. Salary is quiet much. Moreover, you can expect bonus when company's profit is high that can reach almost 20% of your yearly salary.

    2. If you want, you might be sent to job site and get more salary.

    3. You can improve yourself as an EPC engineer when you work at engineering related department. And you can also experience challenge.

Cons1. You must work very very hard. Going to the office at 8 in the morning and you have to stay 6 pm although you will sign the labor contract stating working hour as 8:00~17:30. More seriously, it is very grateful if you can work only at 6pm. Too much workload that makes you stay the office till deep in night.

    2. Short vacation. Only 5 days a year is given to its employees as an official vacation.
