    Pros

EPC , pays on time ;) Goods for Entry-level engineers.

    Cons

Management is All-Korean, There is no career in this company as the you are barred from any significant responsibilities, hence no promotions. At times one will fill that he is discriminated as you are not given proper facilities (Food, Accomodation etc) Less Pay as compared to industry standards.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Not many SW experts so you can develop SW without any abuse from others and make any important development decision what you want. This firm provide 2 paid weeks vacation in summer which is distinguished benefit in Korea.

    Cons

Fixed work time (work time begins at 8:00 am), R&D Center is on a mountain in suburb area. Too strict but wear regulations on security. Most downside of this company is that your boss man not be able to point which is important point or make any decision for any strategies and the schedule is depending on the number (3, 6, 9, 12 months), not on the procedure or any situations. They just report the schedule for the priors (no negotiation with members) and push even though it is unrealistic.

    Pros

Top 3 Shipbuilding Company in Korea. two weeks paid time off in summer+yearly time off+monthly time off (= about 1 months). Not bad salary (but less than DSME/SHI).

    Cons

HQ is located in Ulsan . There's little chance to enjoy cultural event and socializing with other company employer. Ba d for personal growth.
