I have been working at Hyundai full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The pay is decent and the product sells itself very well. Hours are typical and the sales managers are friendly.

    Cons

The slow time is really slow. The inventory is small and we are constantly having to transfer cars TO our dealership to make the sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only carry 6 salesmen. Get a bigger lot. Offer slightly better compensation package...especially for off season.

I worked at Hyundai full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, family - like sense of community, friendly people, personal growth, and extra words to hit the 20 word minimum.

    Cons

Compensation was difficult to attain, hours were very long, no extra pay on holidays worked, and my feet always hurt from standing so much. (I'm fat)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay every other employee less and siphon that money to me.

I worked at Hyundai full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay is compartively good, transport and medical policies are best in industry

    Cons

This HMIE, HYDERABAD, Worst working culture even seen in my entire life.wosrt HR policies and worst HRs too. Guys, dont join in this organisation especially for freshers. You will waste ur time and end up with so much of disappointment. Some Koreans feel like Indians r slaves.. i am such a victim.. this is not at all and R & D... it s a ppt. File Making office. Worst part is timings again.. management, so called HOD, will tear your life apart. All those senior employees who are working in this organisation are worthless candidates and not at all have corporate ethics....u wont find any externally hired experienced engineers here..and many 2nd class b.tech passed out candidates u will find as ur immediate bosses.. never ever work for this organisation.... the worst part is the manager and hr who selects candidates during interview selects college passed outs who are in desperate need for a job but not the one who has talent.. plz be ware of this pothole located in Hyderabad. Once u get in then its not so easy to get out..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Plz reduce the benifits of the koreans who come and join this organisation.. they feel like heaven here and enjoy there stay but doesnt really strive to work for the company..the who admin team works for koreans but not for the Indians..
