Pros – Pretty good medical insurance benefits.

Cons – Slow or no advancement within the company.
Poor communications overall- managers do not share necessary information.
Managers not willing to listen to other ideas and sticks to the "traditional" way, even when it's clearly not working.

Advice to Senior Management – Utilize all employees you hire instead of trying to do everything between the Korean managers. There are many others that are willing to take on more responsibilities, but managers seem to underestimate their employees. Most people are eager to work hard when they're first hired, but over time they feel under-appreciated and stop trying. Also, need to stop micro-managing.

Cons – Management, Pay, no way to advance, benefits

Advice to Senior Management – hire directly instead of going through staffing company

Pros – I do not see any pros in this company

Cons – A lot of discrimination. low salary. hostile work environment. Many managers can't even speak English.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire some good managers instead of bringing bunch of managers from Korea who have no clues about American culture.
