    Pros

Lots of good people working hard.
Well organized and one of the best at welfare and salary.
Still improving and trying to reach the best company in the world even though it might not be so easy to achieve.

    Cons

Since the company has a very powerful labor union, it sometimes affects very negatively.
Some people with poor performance and arrogant attitude are still there with you. Never gets fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please be concerned about your team members with sound mind and sound attitude toward company. Not the ones that are always whining.

I have been working at Hyundai full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

High Payment. Complexity and eagerness towards global competition gives an opportunity to actually participate in global operations.

    Cons

Different culture among different departments. Some almosts matches top-tier global companies, while the one I've been in is still like the old-fashioned 80's. (Stubborn, Drink a lot, Working weekends)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out of the old-fashioned management way. More time in front of the desk does not lead to higher performance. Plus, taking a legitimate break should not be treated as something guilty.
