    Pros

    1. Safe and secure environment, being a lady I feel very much comfortable here.2. The pay scale is quite good, particularly in comparison to my previous organization.3. Daily lunch facility.4. Opportunities are given in abundance, you just need to be smart enough to grab.

    Cons

    1. Some disturbing agents present, who encourage politics and manipulation.2. Timings are mentioned to be flexible, but it can only extend up to an hour (max.)

    I feel the HR should spend more time in understanding the problems of the pupil, and not assume what the problems may be.

    good pay nice environment but job pressure more

    Cons

    some times salary will delay depend upon work order and when the work order going to finish they dint work before after work order finished only they start the process.
