    Pros

Always learning something new. Very flexible, great co workers (mostly). Bonus program. Good benefits.

    Cons

Takes too long for crap employees to leave. If u were micro managed u probably weren't doing your job! Management does get in and calls on claims daily.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at IASIS Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Co-workers are great! Very friendly and helpful. It's easy to become great friends with them.

    Cons

The management at Davis Hospital may come across as being your friend but don't let them fool you! They will be the first to stab you in the back when you may need them the most. If you "lay low" and don't draw attention to yourself, you should be fine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little more generous! After all, it costs you more in turnover then employee loyalty.

I worked at IASIS Healthcare full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The people that work at SJMC are the reasons they have patients, not because of administration or the doctors.

    Cons

No support for equipment needs, no support for salary needs, no support for patient necessities in any important service. The hospital no longer has the mission it began with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

QUIT…IASIS needs to do a house-cleaning for management! St. Joseph was a hospital with a mission to help make sick people well. IASIS has thrown the original mission to the wind….DON'T TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE TO ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER…..

I have been working at IASIS Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Coworkers are awesome
I love what I do and the patients that come through my door

    Cons

It seems in every area of the hospital, employees are regularly given more and more to do and are never compensated.
If I listed every duty I was hired to do, single spaced, the list would take up half a page. If I listed everything I currently do, it would take up two full pages. Have I ever had a raise? Nope
My coworkers and I have been groomed for various other roles/promotions that have never transpired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have great, educated, loyal people working here. Stop working them to death without without compensation! Don't make bad decisions because someone suggested you do it a different way and you think you're better/smarter than them. You're not
