    If you are starting to work in IT it is a good place to start. Average salary higher

    Cons

    Little to nor opportunity for advancement. No job security. Overtimes never pays. Bad management. Little or no trainings. No salary rise.

    Pros

    Good social package, insurance, sports etc, nice atmosphere, friendly co-workers. Flexible working hours. Salary is above average in the market, but it depends.

    Cons

    Boring projects, not much opportunities to learn new tech, experts-guru not so valuable here. Salary calculation is not transparent and complex a bit. Ugly old office.

    free time work, nice salary as compared to other local companies. Proximity to the transport system. Comfortable workplace. Interesting staff.

    Cons

    No adequate control of the company heads of departments. Not competent department supervisors. Not competent distribution of work priorities. No projects put on the market.

    Note the lack of products and causes of this problem. Increase the level of respect for employees and begin to notice them.
