    Pros

Bonuses, onsite perks, good salary, and very friendly assistant to one of the partners before it was bought out by Novetta

    Cons

Treated less due to I was a woman, felt undervalued and undermined. My ideas were often heard, then copied and implemented by someone above me as their own.

I have been working at IBG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The industry of working with the wineries is enjoyable and you meet a lot of great people and see some beautiful wineries.

    Cons

The management puts their friends first. I saw several people be let go in order for them to bring in friends that did not understand the industry.

    Advice to Management

Put the company and the people that have been their first
