I have been working at IBM full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A very good place to work. Learning is what you should be looking for . Easy and more than willing management ready to help you work on your interests areas apart from your daily work. Spending 2-3 years in IBM ISL with your main focus on learning would be a very good career boost. Quite a lot of smart people to work with.

    Cons

Too many layers of management. Might be to deal with complexity . Less of fun filled activities. Would be nice if could allow even research employees to work onsite for a period of 2-3 months to give exposure .
