    Pros

Colleagues were helpful and training opportunities were great. Big name that can shine your resume. Many young talents to work with and learn from. Employees are able to work home-office.

    Cons

Process was too complex. Everyone only had limited work scope, so it could be hard to see the big picture. Even though there were many opportunities to transfer to other team internally but it could be tough to deal with sometimes. For those who are working on business outsourcing for external clients, there is hardly any work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

It won't always work if you only try to motivate employees by the vision and brand of IBM. Compensation and benefit should be improved appropriately to match the performance of employees.
