1. Salary as you spend more than 2 years in IBM India
2. Career Growth in terms of Promotions not very relevant
3. Ratings & Promotions not very fair.
4. Onsite Accomodation not satisfactory.
5. IBM Global Partners treat IBM India as any other Indian company.Advice to Senior Management
Salary is really a driving force to retain employees. This should be clubbed with fair Career Path, which is at times not very much visible to the Employee.
Too much words mincing does not help with experienced employees and they tend to get away from the company. -
