    Pros

Love the environment. Colleagues are so friendly, no barrier between us and higher positions. Really open work space.
Flexible working hours. Salary is fine.
So many chances to get Training for certifications, such as networking, or project management.

    Cons

Sometimes flexible working hours means that you have to be available to work any time, 24x7. Wherever, whenever.
As an engineer, it is my daily routine to get a call from customer in the middle of night or at 2AM in the morning

    Pros

Very friendly atmosphere here in Indonesia (although it's not that friendly when we work with overseas branch). The company culture is fun, and people are so kind.

    Cons

Too bureaucratic, as for any big business. And the industry's condition is not so good now, you may face big challenges as a sales specialist.

    Pros

Good place to develop skills and experiences

    Cons

Productivities measured by clocking into a system, utilization treated like working machines.

    Advice to Management

Systematicly measured utilization, un-recorded work should have been considered too.
