    Pros

Strong emphasis on Teamwork, with a diverse group of employees worldwide teaming up easily and collaborating productively? Very positive peer relationships

    Cons

Over emphasis on metric collection and tracking. Rigid processes and procedures which cause loads of unnecessary paperwork and bureaucracy. Rigid job structure.

    Advice to Management

Create a more flexible environment in terms of workers ability to go from one job category to another, even if across job levels and bands, implement simplification of overall processes and procedures.
