    Pros

Nice place for those looking to stay in same position until retirement

    Cons

No clear directions on basic procedures. Each branch makes different decisions. Outdated systems make job tedious. Employees are given extra duties and wear several hats with no extra pay. Member service doing loan officer work without title or pay.

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff results in better customer service. Takes too long to get members approved for loans.

    Pros

Fun place to be nearly everyday - enjoy coming in on saturdays as well - hope to keep it up

    Cons

sometimes boring - but the weekends are never dull - I always TGIM - most do as well

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Good benefits package. Health insurance is sufficient and vacation/personal time is above average. 401k options are decent and pension is a nice incentive. Very stable company.

    Cons

Culture is very slow and outdated. Too many levels of management and disorganized org chart. Could be very frustrating for younger go-getters. Loyalty is valued more than talent.

    Advice to Management

Get younger and get leaner. Reward talent over loyalty, even if it risks upsetting the balance. Don't be afraid to go against the grain. Communicate more effectively.
