Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsThe benefits were good and work/life balance was great. Work hard and long hours but was able to get time off as needed.

ConsThe Indian management does not understand that you can't teach experience. If they purchase your company from the U.S. you can probably expect to train your Indian counterpart to take over your job.

Advice to Senior ManagementGood people who have spent their lives creating a system can't be replaced and still expect the the client to receive a good ROI.

7 years. Never really achieved anything out of life

Project Lead (Former Employee) New Delhi (India)

ProsMost coworkers are nice and friendly. Salaries were great before the recession.

ConsAfter the recession of 2008, salary hikes were down and many experienced hands with a lot of talent left the company. Company started hiring people with the lowest salaries they were asking.

Few managers behave like gods. They expect employees to salve for them.

Nobody cares if anything good happens because of your hard effort.

If something bad happens due to a mistake from your side then you are done.

Advice to Senior ManagementSTOP hiring people because they are cheap. Talent is more important than number of employees.
