    Pros

Editorial freedom and ability to work from home.

    Cons

Upper management does not care about the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get involved with the brands. You have great editors but they lack resources and the overall goals of the company.

    I worked at IBT

    Pros

Great location in the back bay, great co-workers, work hard play hard culture. Advancement oppurtunities. Good place to get entry level experience.

    Cons

Lack of investment in systems did make it difficult to do your job day to day. Often times felt like the system needed daily band aids to meet expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since IBT has been bought by State Street Bank, my advice to management at State Street is to develop the systems, but don't change the culture.
